"XX DIET! THREE DAYS THREE KILOS!!!" Have you ever heard of this ? btw, probably would sound more familiar if substituting XX with apples, eggs, honey, yogurt, etc. It had multiple versions on various forum and websites 3-4 years ago. I've seen at least 5, but only tried apple version.
It is really simple: just eating apples for three days (for apple diet). The critical point is ONLY apple (green apple, red apple, whatever, as long as fresh apples) and water. Can't be orange or pear, even can't apple juice. and it also stated "no more than six apples each day".
scientific support (from my recall): apple contains sth helping people with fast fat decomposing and also good fibre source (another way of saying helping you going toilet more often)
My result: 3 kilos! even I actually had about twelve apples each day. Except the amount, I followed everything else strictly. and I used green apples. but I suddenly realized how stupid thing I did: It's not surprising at all to lose 3 kilos after 3-day fasting. I just stuck stomach bunch of fibres to pretend full to brain, and a bit fruit sugar keeping me not faint.
I tried this apple diet because it's my favorite fruit, no way for me to use egg diet or honey diet. Basic principle is the same: egg contains some for fat decomposing as well (maybe some kinda vitamin B, can't quite remember); and for honey, if you have problem going toilet sometime, try having one spoon honey with hot water before breakfast, works great!
I definitely won't recommend this method! No use at all! Once I stopped the apple diet, weight went up again in less than three days. You can't imagine how my three apple day like, I don't want to remember either. and my payoff: not touching any apple in the next few weeks, as well as a couple of nightmares abt apples.
